Officially Opened Id F'id: 14th Sept 2023

 

 

 

 

 

 

Mother, you will never need walk alone.

Life Network Foundation has inaugurated “Id F’Id” (Hand in Hand), new premises providing material assistance services for pregnant women and young families raising infants.

The opening of Id F’Id complements the holistic support services for women run by Life Network Foundation which include:

  • A 24/7 chat service and helpline
  • The ‘Dar Tghanniqa ta’ Omm’ maternity home service
  • Counselling and
  • Community outreach services.
The hub will serve pregnant women in need and new families. It will be a place where donations will be received; a place where volunteers can sort, wash, recycle and distribute to those in need.
A private secluded area will also be available for drop-in counselling.

Open Week: 15th-19th May 2023

Our Maternity Home was open to visitors during the week of 15th-19th May.
 
Thank you to all those who visited.
 
We showed off our recent developments at the home and showcased the plans of our new projects, including 7 new flatlets and a central distribution hub. Have a look at the video of our new projects here, plus photos alongside.

ERASMUS / AOT Programme & Conference (2020-22)

In January 2020, Life Network Foundation began to implement the project, Youth Positive Potential, under the Erasmus Plus Programme Action KA2, Strategic Partnerships section (no 2019-1-MT01 KA 201-051251), as the leading organisation. The project was implemented in partnership with the European Institute for Integrated Prevention (Warsaw, Poland), the Vilniaus Pedagogine Psichologine Tarnyba (Vilnius, Lithuania), the Ostoja Foundation (Nowy Sącz, Poland), and the European Institute for Integrated Prevention Foundation (Warsaw, Poland). A partnership agreement was signed in Falenica, Warsaw, on 30 January 2020, during the first Transnational Project Meeting. The project took place in the three partner countries (Malta, Lithuania, Poland). The project was completed in December 2022, despite of the challenges brought about by the Covid-19 Pandemic.
